Description

Project Manager required to oversee the design & construction of a new service reservoir.  The project will also entail:

  • The refurbishment of an existing reservoir and borehole
  • Drainage works
  • Earthworks
  • Construction of site access roads
  • Water main installation
  • M&E Installation
  • Testing & Commissioning 

This is a 2 year project and our client would prefer someone with an engineering background; previous involvement in the construction of similar scheme is essential.

As Project Manager, you will lead the delivery team – Site Agent, Foreman and Engineers. 

Your role will also involve liaising with Designers, the client and third parties. 

Planning and Programming experience is absolutely vital, along with a Commercially-focused mindset.  Previous experience in Microsoft Project/Primavera P6 is necessary.
