- Description
Our client a Tier 1 main contractor required an experienced Site Manager for a project in Redcar. The Site Manager will need experience in leading their own projects as a number one. You will run the project and so will need to provide essential support for new sites whilst having the responsibility to lead and work within a team facilitating the success of our projects.
What you can do:
- Industry experience in working within a similar sector.
- Ability to learn and multitask.
- Understanding of the management of Health & Safety in addition to current knowledge of obligations.
- Knowledge of all aspects of the build process including building legislations.
- Proactive and good organisational skills.
- Good writing and communication of English.
- Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft packages i.e., word, excel, outlook and teams.
- Willingness and ability to learn new technology and relevant software packages / Competence in using the relevant business systems to suit the job role.

- Can work under pressure working towards tight deadlines.
- Reliable and have good attendance.
What you need:
- A Construction management related qualification.
- Leadership experience in the construction industry.
- Valid CSCS card (Support provided to obtain this prior to starting on site if required).
- SMSTS qualified (Support provided to obtain this prior to starting on site if required).
- Competent in Health and Safety practice.
- First aid knowledge (Support provided to obtain this prior to starting on site if required).
