We are recruiting for a Site Manager with a strong background in cladding / facades in the Leeds area. It is ideal to have detailed experience in high rise brick envelopes. You will work alongside colleagues to drive jobs on site while maintaining high standards of health and safety, maintaining excellent record keeping, and keeping clients regularly updated on progress.

Responsibilities:

• Management of brickwork package
• Management of window instillation packages in conjunction with internals team
• Management of cladding / roofing packages
• Management of the scaffold instillation / alterations
• Management of building envelope QA including fire barrier instillation
• Joint management of deliveries on site

Requirements:

• Possession of SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card qualifications.
• Experience working on RC frames over 10 storey
• Experience working with brickwork on masonry support
• Experience working with scaffolding on high rise frame (ideally with scaffold awareness training)
• Experience working with hoist instillation on high rise building
• Experience working ft moving & multiple workfaces / levels
• Experience working very compact site, with just in time deliveries building to the whole boundary with single access / egress.
• Valid driving license.
