**Freelance Quantity Surveyor Wanted for Project in Salford**
We are working with a reputable construction company, with a site based in Salford, who are currently seeking a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join the team for a minimum of 4 months.
The project is nearing its end, and they require a professional to cover valuations, payments, and any remaining procurement tasks. As a Freelance Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
* Managing and coordinating the final stages of the project's financial close-out
* Conducting valuations and preparing payment schedules
* Ensuring all procurement activities are completed and documented
* Collaborating with our team to ensure a smooth project completion**Requirements:**
* Must have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
* Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the construction industry
* Excellent communication and organisational skills**What They Offer:**
