Position: Project Architect
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Type: Permanent
Location: East London
We are seeking an ambitious and talented Project Architect to become an integral part of our client's well-established architectural firm. Our clients firm is renowned for its comprehensive array of design and construction services, encompassing master planning, urban design, landscape architecture, and development consultancy.
The role is based in East London and offers a hybrid working arrangement. The Project Architect will ideally have the following attributes:
- A degree in Architecture or ARB registered
- RIBA qualified
- Proven experience in taking responsibility for the successful delivery of architectural projects.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with senior management, clients, and contractors.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Proficiency in project leadership and providing clear directions.
- A strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Previous involvement in large-scale UK housing schemes.
- Proficiency in Revit is a must
The responsibilities of the Project Architect role include:
- Lead design projects throughout all stages defined by the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
- Efficiently plan and organise the workflow and deadlines for the project team.
- Actively participate in client meetings and conduct site visits when necessary.
- Develop and implement building designs, packages, and details while adhering to budget constraints.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to craft project plans, concepts, and designs that align with client expectations.
