Description

We are working with a company who are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to join their team in Manchester. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of high-rise buildings, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate construction teams to ensure successful project delivery
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
* Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
* Manage and control project budgets and schedules
* Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success
* Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality workmanship
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project design meets client requirements

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on high-rise buildings
* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Valid SMSTS qualification and CSCS Card
