Are you an ambitious and experienced construction professional with a background in new build housing? We are currently seeking an Assistant Site Manager to a client on a temporary to permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have worked their way up from trades to assistant and will have extensive experience in new build housing projects. Experience working on long-term contracts is highly desirable.
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Site Manager in overseeing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to a high standard. You will also be responsible for managing subcontractors and ensuring that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
The hourly rate is £24-25/hour with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate. If you have the skills and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you.
