Job Title: Finishing Foreman - Social Housing Development

Location: Chinley, UK

About Us: 

Linear recruitment are seeking a skilled Finishing Foreman for our social housing project in Chinley. We specialize in delivering top-tier residential developments, prioritizing quality and community impact.

Responsibilities: 

Oversee finishing tasks such as plastering, painting, and fixture installation. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring work meets standards and deadlines. Maintain safety protocols and enforce regulations on-site.

Requirements: 

Proven experience in residential construction, strong leadership, and communication skills. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and health & safety standards. Relevant certifications preferred.
