A fantastic and rare opportunity for an experienced Architect to head up a smaller, bespoke Architectural studio based out on the outskirts of Rochdale. 

The company predominantly work in the Residential sector but have a very open approach to diversifying their work and are ideally looking to expand the studio. 

The opportunity would strongly suit an Architect that has been travelling into Manchester or Leeds and wishes to cut down their commute time and make a senior position their own, longer term. 

Our client has an office in Yorkshire also. that is going through a strong stage of expansion. The role is open due to the Director retiring early next year. 

They predominately use Revit as a business with AutoCAD used for the smaller bespoke homes and extensions. Revit experience is preferred, as you will be leading the design and overseeing the technical delivery of the schemes. 

The role is offering an initial salary up to £60,000 per annum. plus, profit share and bonuses. The package can be negotiated and agreed.
