Role: Interior Architect & Designer
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Type: Permanent
Location: London
My client specialises in Luxury Interior architecture and design for exclusive clients across the UK and internationally. They are looking to hire an experienced Interior Architect & Designer for a permanent position in London.
The Interior Architect & Designer will ideally have the following attributes:
- Degree or diploma qualification in Interior Architecture or Interior Design.
- Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in high-end residential or luxury design.
- Experience in designing for a range of budgets.
- Ability to produce plans, elevations, and custom furniture drawings.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of FF&E specification, fabrics, and textiles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and the Adobe suite is preferred.
The responsibilities of the Interior Architect & Designer role include:
- Developing the conceptual side of the design with an extensive source of inspirational ideas.
- Effective communication with clients, suppliers, and the design team.
- Liaising, where appropriate, with members of the external design team and other associated organizations or companies.
- Preparing and developing presentations, drawings, and mood boards.
- Producing technical drawings and FF&E schemes.
- Attending client meetings, trade fairs, and supplier meetings.
