Are you an experienced permanent site manager with a background in health care and education projects? Our client, a well known main contractor, is looking for someone like you to join their team in Bolton, Preston, or Wigan areas.
With a pipeline of projects due to start in a month, they are looking for someone new to join this dynamic and growing team. Ideally, they are looking for someone from a trades background, who has a proven track record in managing successful construction projects.
As a site manager, your duties will include overseeing all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, coordinating subcontractors, managing health and safety compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the construction process.
