  • Lead the Team to deliver the work safely, without environmental incidents
  • Ensure delivery of the required project plans, RAMS, ITP and check mechanisms
  • Manage the preconstruction review process and ensure that all stakeholder consents and permits are in place prior to commencement
  • Ensure the commercial performance of the contract is maximised and that variations are notified and suitably quantified
  • Maintain the project construction programme
  • Assist in procurement
  • Attend meetings with the Client, sometimes chairing and also ensuring meetings are minuted, with actions being communicated and carried out
  • Deliver the project to customer requirements and satisfaction
  • Manage the cost plan for the project
  • Ensure detailed site diaries/records are completed
  • Produce good quality, accurate monthly reports internally and for the Client
  • Chair weekly site meetings in line with Company procedures
  • Ensure meetings are minuted and actions are communicated and carried out

Our client also requires you to have:

  • Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering

  • Excellent communication, people and  management skills, with a positive attitude
  • The character to lead on resolving problems and ensuring compliance across HSQE

It would be advantageous if you also had:

  • Temporary works Coordinator
  • Confined space training
  • Lift Co-ordinator/Supervisor
  • Knowledge of Primavera P6 software

Rate is indicative and dependent on pay type and experience.
