Our Client is a leading Construction Contractor who operate across various sectors, managing award winning projects across the North of England.  Due to a new project award they are now looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager for a new Leisure facility in the Tyne Wear area.

The scheme is a high profile, £25m scheme and requires a candidate who has experience of leading large scale, complex refurbishments schemes as a No.1 and whom preferably has experience of working for a Tier One Contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the project team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards..

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
