Linear Recruitment are working alongside a construction firm looking to hire an Assistant Site Manager for a New Build Scheme in Sheffield.
Location: Sheffield
Salary: Negotiable
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 6 months
Requirements: • Experience: Previous experience in a construction or refurbishment-related role is required. • Mandatory: Must hold valid SMSTS and CSCS cards. • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders. • Initiative: Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are advantageous.
