Description

Linear Recruitment are working with a leading UK home builder on schemes across the West Yorkshire region.
Due to heavy workload, we now have an opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager on a large project. 

The scheme consists of 2,3 and 4 bedroom homes and the successful candidate will be required for a minimum of 2 experience as an Assistant. The role reports into a Site Manager and a Construction Manager and will be responsible for managing subcontractors and the build process on the early stages of the scheme.

Applicants need to have a proven track record working on housing projects and ideally have supervisory or management experience on site. The successful candidate can come from a trades or degree background but must have a good work history within house building.
