Joiner

We are looking for an experienced Joiner to manage the day-to-day delivery of our construction projects from start to completion.

You will lead site teams and subcontractors, coordinate labour, materials and deliveries, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. Acting as the main point of contact on site, you will maintain excellent communication with customers and the Project Manager throughout the build.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a construction as Joiner
• Previous experience leading and coordinating site teams.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and programme delivery.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Good knowledge of health and safety requirements.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Experience in timber-frame, modular or residential construction is desirable.
