Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries
- Coordinate appointments, updates, and ongoing communication
- Maintain accurate customer records and internal systems
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
- Support day-to-day office operations and administration
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, customer experience, office coordination, or administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Confident using email, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Professional and positive attitude
