A well-established and highly respected multi-displinary company based in Bolton is looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their team.
The team itself are friendly with a relaxed and well organised working environment.
The position will be focused on Technical detailing working up to RIBA stage 4 initially - All Revit based and supported with BIM. Once the projects present on site, you will work with an experienced Technically driven Architect to deliver through to RIBA stage 7.The work will varie between the education, leisure, residential, commercial and blue light sector.
The starting salary will be up to £38,000 plus 25 days leave, strong bonus, flexible working, pension, salary sacrifice scheme, on-going Revit and BIM training via a dedicated BIM Manager.
Ideally you will have at least three years industry experience and a degree in Architectural Technology. good building regulation is essential.
