Senior Architect (Job-Running) – Leadership Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Architect to join a growing, design-led practice. This is a senior, job-running position suited to a technically strong professional with proven delivery experience across Healthcare, Education, Industrial, or Commercial sectors. The role also carries a leadership responsibility, supporting and developing junior members of the team.

The Role

You will take ownership of projects from technical design through to construction, acting as a key point of contact for clients and consultants while ensuring projects are delivered to the highest technical and regulatory standards.

Skills & Experience Required

• Chartered (MCIAT) preferred (or ARB/RIBA qualified Architect considered).
• Demonstrable job-running experience on complex UK projects.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and technical detailing.
• Advanced Revit proficiency and BIM coordination/management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
