Our client who is an innovative and dynamic architecture practice based in Durham is looking to recruit both graduate and experienced Building Surveyors.

Applicants should hold a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying and be MRICS-accredited or working towards accreditation.

This is a client-facing role offering the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects. Responsibilities will include:

• Building condition surveys.
• Quinquennial inspections.
• Report writing.
• Preparing schedules of repairs.
• Planning applications.
• Listed building and building regulation applications.
• Preparation of tender packages.

This role would suit someone who is passionate about being part of a forward-thinking practice that values creativity, excellence, and a willingness to learn.
