Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, feasibility studies, and detailed architectural solutions.
• Produce drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, planners, and contractors.
• Manage workloads, resources, and project programmes.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, sustainability standards, and best practice.
• Support junior team members and contribute to quality assurance processes.

Skills & Experience

• ARB registration.
• Proficiency in BIM methodologies and design software (e.g., Revit).
• Strong design and presentation skills.
• Experience across multiple project stages.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
