Freelance Architectural Technician Opportunity – Speke, Liverpool

Are you an experienced Architectural Technician looking for a flexible freelance role? We are partnering with a dynamic new build house builder based in Speke, Liverpool, to find a proactive professional to support their technical team.

Position: Freelance Architectural Technician (Part-Time/Full-Time)

Location: Speke, Liverpool

Duration: Ongoing (Initially a few months while a permanent replacement is found)

About the Role:  
You will work closely with the Technical Manager, assisting with the technical aspects of new build housing projects. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Chasing planning and building regulation approvals  
- Assisting with technical submissions and compliance documentation  
- Coordinating with design team and contractors  
- Supporting the technical team with various related duties

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in residential architecture or housebuilding  
- Strong knowledge of planning processes and building regulations  
- Excellent communication and organisational skills  
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a freelance capacity  
- Flexible availability for part-time or full-time work
