We are working with a client who is recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their team for a cladding project based in Coventry. This temporary position will require you to utilise your expertise as a resident liaison to ensure effective communication and support for residents throughout the project's duration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between residents and the project team.
- Provide clear information and guidance to residents regarding the cladding project.
- Address resident queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Facilitate resident meetings and manage feedback to ensure a smooth project flow.
- Assist in documenting communication and maintaining up-to-date records.Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, particularly in cladding or construction-related projects.
