About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Facades Manager to join our dynamic construction team on a prestigious high-rise development in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee the external envelope and façade installation of a landmark project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate facade packages, including cladding, curtain walling, glazing, and external finishes.

• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, in line with project specifications, health & safety regulations, and quality control measures.

• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and integration of external works.

• Monitor progress, track timelines, and report on project milestones, identifying and mitigating risks where necessary.

• Lead site inspections and quality assurance checks, ensuring compliance with all industry and company standards.

• Support and guide site teams, subcontractors, and trades to drive productivity and efficiency.

• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any site challenges.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Facades Manager or similar role on large-scale residential or commercial high-rise projects.

• Strong understanding of facade construction methodologies, materials, and installation techniques.

• Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations, quality control, and compliance requirements.

• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades while maintaining project schedules.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certification preferred.
