Linear Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor who specialises in new build housing schemes and join their growing West Yorkshire team.

Role Purpose:

You will be working as part of the commercial team, and therefore have support from Commercial manager working on New Build Housing schemes.

About you:

• Demonstrate experience of working within a construction or housing business

• Hold either a relevant qualification or be working towards your qualification via day release or evening studies

• Clean driving licence and own vehicle
