Are you an experienced Contracts Manager looking to elevate your career in a vibrant and growing sector? We are working with a leading Manchester-based roofing and cladding contractor are on the lookout for a dedicated Contracts Manager to join the team and drive the successful execution of their projects.

The Role:
As a Contracts Manager, you will be pivotal in overseeing the delivery of projects from inception to completion. Your core responsibilities will include:

- Managing Contracts: Overseeing all aspects of contract negotiation, execution, and compliance to ensure projects are delivered according to established terms and conditions.
- Project Planning: Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Liaising with Clients: Maintaining strong communication with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Site Supervision: Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are upheld.
- Team Leadership: Leading and managing project teams, allocating roles and responsibilities to ensure efficient project execution.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, safeguarding project timelines and budgets.
- Reporting: Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, issues encountered, and solutions implemented.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring all projects adhere to health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of safety on-site.
