We are partnered with a highly reputable planning consultancy based in Newcastle, looking to speak with experienced Town Planners.

They are a big name in the planning world and have an ever-growing pipeline of work, including large-scale Residential developments, Retail, Leisure, Education, Land promotions, and more.

Our client has a hybrid work pattern in place, that would require you to be in the office for 2 days per week with a "smart working" option.

They have multiple offices across the UK where you would liaise with your colleagues from across all offices when required.

Earlier this year, they made several promotions and are now pushing their recruitment further. Career progression can be imminent should you wish to take the next step up in level.

The salary would range from £30,000-£45,000 along with 25 days of annual leave and a generous company package.

Experience required:
- 2 years of planning experience
- Experience / interest in one of the following sectors the Residential, Industrial, Education, Commercial
- UK based degree in Planning (RTPI accredited)
- RTPI Chartership ideal but not essential (Our client have a fantastic track getting staff through their chartership).
