A design driven and sustainability minded residential developer based in Nottinghamshire are looking for an Architect to join their internal design team. 

The company are B-Corp accredited, employ over 150 staff and have enjoyed strong continued success with ambitions to keep growing, driving forward their ethos within the construction industry. 

The Architect will be responsible for leading projects across all RIBA stages with full support from a seasoned Director. You will work closely with Internal construction teams. 

Ideally you will have at least 2 years post part 3 experience and hold good Revit and AutoCAD skills. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate good design and technical capabilities. 

The salary is looking to pay in the region of £35,000-£42,000 plus 25 days leaves, excellent bonus, salary sacrifice schemes, discounted food and gym memberships, cash health plan and more. 

You must be arb regsistered. 

The working hours are 37.5 hours Monday-Friday with flexibility. The role has become available due to business growth.
