Are you an experienced M&E Manager with a strong background in high-rise new build projects? Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking a talented individual to join their team for a project based in Manchester.
As the M&E manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical and electrical aspects of the construction project, ensuring that the work is completed to a high standard and within budget and schedule. You will work closely with the project team to coordinate the M&E installations, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on high-rise new build projects, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes. In return, our client is offering a competitive salary of up to £75k, along with a car or car allowance.
