Do you have experience as a Customer Liaison Manager in New Build Housing? Are you looking for a New Opportunity?
The Role:
My Client is looking for a Customer Liaison Manager to join their Customer Care team within the Northeast Region. The role will be predominantly based on site, ensuring homes are defect free both before/after customers have moved into their new homes.
- Reporting directly to the Customer Services Director.
- This role requires managerial skills for this department, to continually improve Customer Service experience.
- Conducting quality control inspections across sites, communicating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure completion of agreed defect rectification.
- Record results of the inspections and report back to stakeholders on outcomes.
- Attending and chairing weekly sales and construction meetings.
- Attending NHBC Claim investigations when required.
- Record all findings, from inspections in the appropriate systems.
What we need from you:
- Previous experience within a similar role for New Build Housing developers.
- Full UK driving License.
- Experience of providing excellent Customer Care.
- Excellent time management skills.
