Description

Our client set up in 2010 and have already gained a rich history within the Northern market, becoming a go to Architecture studio for many recognised developers and clients alike. They have built a straightforward and strong reputation ensuring quality design work is supported by the right technical expertise, dealing with a range of larger projects from inception through to completion. They have also a gained a name for fixing many others technical issues, boasting an incredibly technical team alongside their talented design team. 

You will work an a range of projects from residential, commercial, mix-use, leisure, refurbishments and even heritage. 

The company have built an excellent foundation and are successfully executing a business plan to continue the expansion of the business with ambition to open further offices across the UK. They have recently invested heavily in a brand new state of the art Manchester city centre office that offers breathtaking views of Manchester and the surrounding areas - it's incredible. 

For an Architect, this could be a great time to join the business with a clear career pathway on offer for the right individual - progression is in your hands and will be well supported. You will also have the opportunity to partake in design competition work. 

The studio are most excited about the culture and staff that currently work there, that can offer a friendly, welcoming but also an environment where you can excel and keep learning despite your level of experience. Our client are initially looking to pay a salary between £40,000-£48,000 plus a good company package that includes a bonus, shortened working week. paid overtime if required (not promoted), day off for your birthday, increased holidays wirth service and more. 

Ideally you will have 5 years post part 3 experience and have led your own projects from inception through to completion.  You must be ARB registered.
