Description

Linear Recruitment are working alongside a leading New Build Housing developer that are looking for a Sales Advisor to join the team.

As a New Homes Sales Advisor you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively selling New Homes via following up leads and booking viewing appointments.
  • Track and respond to all leads on enquiries.
  • Show potential clients around properties.
  • Control the sales process and liaise with Mortgage consultants and solicitors to ensure a smooth sale.
  • Negotiating and securing sales.
  • Ensuring potential buyers are financially qualified.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience of selling New Homes preferred.
  • Target driven individual.
  • Excellent communication skills and well presented.
