Associate Director - Landscape Architect

Following the successful opening of their Manchester office a few years ago, this multi-award winning Landscape Architecture company has developed into a leading name across the North West market, not only for their exceptional projects but how they have become an excellent employer and great place to work. Given their pipeline over the next few years combined with a strategic long term business hire, they are looking to make a senior appointment to lead and continue building a team within their Manchester offices. 

Initially, you will be responsible for managing six members of staff from junior to senior level. The team work closely together in a highly collaborative manner with our client looking for an experienced landscape architect to embrace the company values while promoting their own leadership and business ideas. 

Our client works across the mixed-use, residential, master-planning, workplace, commercial, public realm, and leisure sector, utilising Revit and meeting BIM standards. 

The ideal candidate must be design-led, commercially driven and have a keenness to keep progressing their career. Most their directors started at gradate landscape architects level and gained promotion through the business. Chartership is highly desirable for the role but Revit training can be provided if required. 

The initial salary will pay up to £60,000 plus a healthy company benefits. Their is a straight pathway from to Director level.
