The company are an employee-owned global multi-displinary firm based in the heart of Newcastle city centre, with recently refurbished state of the art offices. Their Newcastle office, currently has 20 Architectural staff with certain scope to increase head-count. I have worked with this company for several years and received great feedback from the Architects and Architectural Technologists placed here, mainly stating how even though there is a commercial feel to the organisation, it still feels like a smaller and collaborative design studio, but with larger and more technically challenging projects.
The company works across a diverse range of sectors, that includes, residential, commercial, education and master planning - all Revit based with BIM to support. You will need good Revit skills initially but on-going training is provided across the business.
As a Senior Architect here, you will be expected to project lead across all RIBA stages, with a small team underneath you. The pathway through to Associate Director leave couldn't be any clearer for the right individual.The starting salary will pay up to £50,000 per annum plus a healthy company package.
