Role: Chartered Landscape Architect
Salary: £48,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Type: Permanent
Location: East London
We are looking for an Senior Charted Landscape Architects, to join our clients AJ100 multidisciplinary studio in London. In this role, you will be involved in a wide range of complex UK projects from large scale regeneration and master planning to landscape restoration,.
The Senior Chartered Landscape Architect will ideally have the following attributes:
- A relevant degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- Charted member status of the Landscape Institute or equivalent
- Expertise in delivering LVIA, LCA and EIA for a range of projects
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in the industry.
- Excellent knowledge of the principles of landscape design, horticulture, ecology, and sustainability.
- Experience of working on medium and large-scale schemes at all work stages
- Effective team and people management skills
- Good working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
The Senior Chartered Landscape Architect role will involve:
- Lead and develop junior members of the landscape design team
- Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams to establish requirements, create design concepts, develop detailed plans, and oversee construction projects.
- Carry out all landscape design approval process
- Direct the delivery of the landscape design service and take responsibility for the leading the design process
- Preparation of reports from feasibility to tender responses and onsite inspections.
- Representing the practice at client and site meetings, as necessary.
