Description


Our client is a main contractor and specialist in building and fitting out data center's working on projects nationaly.  Live schemes cover Design & Build, Internal fitout, and facility maintenance. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects that meet the evolving needs of our clients, while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment for our employees.The construction Project Manager is required to lead and run the project as Number One and the scheme is a refurbishment and fitout in Bristol which includes installing a data center as part of the scheme. commitment to excellence and innovation has established us as a trusted partner in the industry. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure delays are properly recorded under the contract to protect the company position and ensure contractual entitlement.
  • Participating in the preparation of necessary documents for inclusion on tender submissions including site visits.
  • Handover of all necessary documents and activities in place for an on time and orderly handover of projects.
  • Ensuring all relevant information is collated, reviewed, and actioned at regular contract review meetings.
  • Form and maintain professional relationships with Client, Project and Design teams, and Supply Chain.
  • Ensuring contracts are properly planned and programmed.
  • Adhering to our Safety First guidelines.

 

Qualifications And Experience
 

  • Knowledge of health and safety, quality procedures, and construction industry best practices.
  • Experience in construction in a data centre or M&E environment is an advantage.
  • Relevant site tickets and certificates including CSCS card and SMSTS.
  • Proven track record of running projects as a number one.
  • Relevant degree and on site experience.
