Location: West Yorkshire
Are you a Project Manager who has experience within fit-out projects? Would you like to work for a well-established, reputable, and rapidly growing contractor in West Yorkshire?
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager who will be accountable for cut & carve fit-out & refurbishments projects throughout the Yorkshire & surrounding regions. Our client a reputable contractor who have been operating for over 20 years and are seeing phenomenal growth.
They work across a number of sectors, their teams work to provide first class refurbishments and fit outs within the Commercial, Retail, Financial, Residential and Leisure sectors across the UK.
Requirements:
- Experience working in the construction or fit out sectors, and a passion for delivering excellence.
- The ability to build robust client and contractor relationships, ensuring client needs are exceeded and contractors are equipped to succeed.
- The ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Take the lead and overall responsibility to ensure projects adhere to internal health and safety policies
- Complete weekly site audits relative to both H&S and programme progress on all live sites.
- Responsible for all stages of the project delivery – scoping, programming, costing, H&S and delivery.
- Ensure Site Managers are fully briefed in advance of the project, and understand all requirements and expectations.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience as a Fit-Out Project Manager

- NVQ Level 7 Black CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- 1st Aid Certificate
- Temporary Works Supervisor
