Role – Senior Interior Architect

Salary - £48,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Type - Permanent

Location – South West London/Surrey

Do you specialise in high-end residential interiors? With a strong background in technical drawings, building regulations, with an in‐depth knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.  

My client are an award-winning Interior Architecture and Design company and are looking to take on an experienced Senior Interior Architect on a permanent basis in London. You will get the chance to work on projects in the UK and internationally, including New York, Europe, & The Middle East

The Senior Interior Architect will ideally have the following attributes:

• Degree qualified in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design.
• Minimum of 7-8years’ post graduate experience in luxury architecture or interior design,
• Experience working as an all-rounder designer but skilled in producing technical drawings.
• Excellent knowledge and proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent knowledge of bespoke cabinetry, bathroom and FF&E finishes, sourcing, specifying, drawing and procurement
• Great spatial awareness

The Senior Interior Architect role will involve:

• Prepare and develop drawings, material and mood boards
• Visiting site to ensure projects are in keeping with design and development
• Keeping up to date with new developments and design trends in the design industry
• To liaise, where appropriate, with members of the external design team and other associated organisations or companies
• Attend client meetings, trade fairs and supplier meetings
