Are you an experienced Finishing Manager ready to take on a new challenge? We are seeking a dynamic individual to oversee finishing works across two prestigious projects in Manchester. If you're committed to delivering high-quality finishes and ensuring projects are completed on time, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the finishing works on-site for both projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor quality control and safety standards throughout the finishing process.
- Provide effective communication with project stakeholders, ensuring timelines and expectations are met.
- Address any issues that arise on-site proactively and efficiently.Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Finishing Manager or in a similar role within the construction or project management sector.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials and techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
