Role – Senior Interior Architect
Salary - £45,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Type - Permanent
Location – Central London
We’re working with a well-recognised interior design studio that has won multiple awards for its stunning and dynamic projects in the UK and internationally; Currently in search for a well-rounded Senior Interior Architect to join their team in London.
To be successful in this role, you’ll be a confident, passionate, and positive designer, comfortable managing multiple projects at various stages. While the focus will mostly be on high-end residential projects, there’s occasional scope to work on hospitality interiors as well. You will have strong design skills and technical expertise, as this role will include producing detailed drawings, including layouts, elevations, and joinery.
The Senior Interior Architect will ideally have the following attributes:
- A degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design.
- At least 5 years of post-graduate experience in high-end interior design
- Experience leading UK and international projects from concept to completion
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp.
- Confidence in dealing with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- An interest in contributing to new business development and being client-facing.
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to manage budgets and project timelines effectively.
