Contract Duration: 12 MonthsAre you a skilled Site Manager looking for a new challenge in a dynamic environment? We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to oversee a critical project focused on Cladding and Building Facade works in Croydon. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in remediating a live residential block facade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders to maintain high standards of work quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster excellent customer relations and address client concerns efficiently.What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in Cladding/Building Facade works.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer care.This is a fixed-term contract of 12 months, with the potential for a permanent position depending on the future pipeline of work with our esteemed client.
