- Description
Site Agent required to ensure the on-site delivery of civil construction works on a water treatment scheme. Forming part of a wider strategy to manage rising mine water, the successful candidate will also have previous involvement in M&E works. A good understanding of the administration of NEC contracts will be necessary for the role, with a proven track record of successfully managing sites with strong leadership and a problem-solving mindset. As the role is with a Major Contractor, previous experience of managing subcontractors, as well as direct labour, is imperative.7
To be considered, you must have:
- CITB Temporary Works
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- UK Driving Licence
Sound knowledge and understanding of NEC4 Contracts, including Early Warning Notices and Compensation Events, will be desirable.
This is a freelance position, expected to run for 9 months+. Please note that due to our client's policy, the role is Inside IR35 and the only permitted options for payment are Umbrella PAYE or PAYE. The rate is therefore indicative, depending on your preference.
