We are working with a top tier employer who are looking to employ an experienced Technical Trainer on a permanent basis to deliver and develop technical training courses in the low carbon (renewable) and construction sector. As the Technical Trainer you will ensure course delivery and content is the best available and exceeds customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
- As the Technical Trainer you will deliver and develop technical training courses and materials tailored to the needs of the audience, including presentations, e-learning modules, and interactive content with support from our design and content team.
- Ensure that training programs are up-to-date with the latest technologies, industry standards, and company practices.
- Facilitate hands-on exercises, demonstrations, and practical applications to reinforce learning objectives.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Adjust training approaches based on evaluation results to continuously improve training effectiveness.
- Work closely with subject matter experts, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
- Work with the administration team to provide accurate records of training activities, including participant attendance, feedback, and assessment results.
- Stay current with industry trends, technological developments, and best practices in training and development.
What do we need from you?
- Relevant qualifications in training or assessing are ideal but not essential.
- Knowledge of low carbon / renewable technologies, systems, and products.
- Familiarity with short course delivery and adult learning principles.
- Experience with development and / or adaptation of training materials.
