Job: Senior Landscape Architect
Location: London
Term: Permanent
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 per annum dependent on experience (Please advise what you’re looking for)
Our client are an multi-disciplinary AJ100 firm, looking to take on an Senior Landscape Architect on a permanent basis, in the London area.
The Senior Landscape Architect will ideally have the following attributes:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- Have experience of using Revit or a similar CAD software
- 5 or more years’ experience working in a similar position
- Be able to work on projects across concepts through to construction
- Have the ability to work well alone or as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent communication skills
The Senior Landscape Architect role will involve:
- Using Revit for concept designs and producing technical drawings
- Working on the concepts and feasibility studies
- Being involved in all RIBA stages
- Working on a variety of projects
- Liaising with subcontractors consultants and clients
- Running and assisting on projects through technical and delivery stages
- Being a mentor to junior designers
