Role – Senior Architectural Technologist
Salary - £45,000 - 55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Type - Permanent
Location – London
Are you experienced in managing commercial, large residential, and re-cladding projects across all RIBA stages, with a particular focus on stages 4 and 5? Have you led technical design teams through all stages of RIBA projects? Are you known for your strong teamwork, work ethic, and leadership skills?
We are working with an AJ100 architecture firm based in London that is currently seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing technical drawings and specifications, as well as drafting meeting reports.
The ideal Senior Architectural Technologist will have the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience as an architectural technologist.
- Previous experience leading technical design teams across all RIBA stages.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of UK planning processes and building regulations.
