Position: Architectural Master planner

Compensation: £35,000 - £45,000 annually (depending on experience)

Job Type: Permanent

Location: South-East London

An Architectural Master Planner plays a critical role in overseeing and coordinating the planning and development of large-scale projects, such as urban developments, campuses, or complex architectural projects.

We are looking for a skilled and talented Architectural Master planner to become a part of our client's dynamic architectural multi-disciplinary team in London. This role will involve contributing to some of the world's most renowned infrastructure and master planning projects.

The Architectural Master planner will ideally have the following attributes:

  • A degree in Architecture or related field
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience after obtaining qualifications.
  • Proven experience as an Architect or Urban Designer, particularly in the domains of master planning and large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in handling large-scale strategic studies leading to detailed masterplans.
  • Experience in project leadership
  • Proficient with Revit and GIS tools is highly desirable.

The responsibilities of the Architectural  Master planner role include:

  • Leading and contributing to master planning projects.
  • Conducting detailed strategic studies for large-scale developments.
  • Coordinating inputs from multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Engaging with various stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Ensuring that the master plan complies with building codes, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Leveraging expertise in transport infrastructure and station master planning (if applicable).
  • Maintaining a focus on creativity and design in project execution.
  • Applying proficiency in Revit and GIS tools for planning tasks.
