- Maintain strong organisational and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.  
- Utilise proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) and project management tools effectively.  
- Exhibit good organisation and time management skills to manage competing priorities.

Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction industry (though not essential).  
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.  
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.  
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with project management tools.  
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
