- Description
We are working with a Tier 1 main contractor, who are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a freelance contract starting on the 9th of September. This is working in a prison setting on groundworks, security fencing and building services. Prison experience is not essential but they have asked for experience in the type of work they're carrying out.
For this role, they will put you through Level 1 Clearance.
Key Requirements:
- SMSTS Certified
- First Aid Certification
- Fire Warden Qualified
- Level 1 Security Clearance is desirable but not essential
- Expertise in Groundworks, Building Services, and Security Fencing
- Strong IT skills for effective communication and documentation
- Excellent record-keeping abilities
- Knowledge of Quality & Environmental Management practices
- A true team player with a positive attitude
- Experience in End User liaison to ensure superior project deliveryThis is due to start on the 9th of September so clearance will be carried out ASAP.
