Role – Senior Technical Manager
Salary - £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Type - Permanent
Location – Essex
Are you currently working with house builders or developers? Are you ARB or RIBA registered and seeking an opportunity with an architectural practice that specialises in large-scale residential and master planning schemes?
If working on extensive residential and development projects appeals to you, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, technically-minded architect with 8 years of experience. You will oversee project delivery in the southern region for our client's award-winning team.
As the technical expert in the office, you will use AutoCAD and Adobe Suite to produce planning packs for submission.
