Job Title: Senior Architect/technologist (RIBA/ARB)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Employment Type: Permanent
Location: Harrogate
Are you looking to join a dynamic and collaborative team, working on both residential and commercial design projects? We are currently seeking a senior architect or technologist to join our clients team in Harrogate and contribute to a variety of challenging projects.
You will be an excellent designer who is driven, well-organised, thoughtful, and have extensive experience working with multiple clients and design teams on complex projects. If you are eager to take on a practice-wide role, we would love to hear from you.
The Senior Architect will ideally have the following attributes:
- RIBA/ARB registered is essential
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in architectural design
- Demonstrated expertise in leading and delivering projects
- Proven ability to manage client relationships at the highest level
- Experience in managing fee proposals, delivering successful bids, and project execution
- Proficiency in Revit
